A Journey of Passion, Innovation, and Love for Labradors
Your Trusted
Welcome to Wild Labradors, where love, dedication, and a drive to innovate have shaped everything we do. Growing up surrounded by dogs and immersed in the world of breeding, I’ve poured my heart into creating a unique experience for families, puppies, and our community.
My journey started on my family’s farm in South Coast, Massachusetts, where horses roamed and my sister and I competed in barrel racing. But dogs were always at the center of our lives. My mom, a dedicated breeder, began her career with Bullmastiff Champions before shifting to Labrador Retrievers in 2004. Her transition to Silver and Charcoal Labradors sparked a legacy as she became one of the first breeders of these unique colors in the United States. Inspired by her passion, I embraced the values she instilled and began my own breeding program in 2011—the same year I graduated and obtained my Nursing License.
From Nursing to Breeding: Building a Legacy
After becoming a nurse in 2011, I balanced a busy career with raising Labradors, supported by my mother’s wisdom and guidance. In 2020, after welcoming my third child, I made a bold decision. I hung up my nursing license to pursue my passion full-time and embraced the world of Labrador breeding through Wild Labradors. For me, this isn’t a hobby. It’s a full-time, boots-on-the-ground, 365-days-a-year commitment. What began on a small farm has grown into a lifelong passion as your trusted English Labrador breeder in Massachusetts. Wild Labradors has grown into more than just a breeding program. It’s a legacy in the making. I focus on raising English-style Labradors with the structure, personality, and loyalty that families crave. Every puppy is part of that mission, raised under my roof with the same care and intention I once gave my patients.
Honoring the Past, Building the Future
Today, Wild Labradors carries forward the legacy of Hoof-N-Paw Labradors, my mother’s renowned breeding program, which officially closed its doors with her retirement. The years of dedication and love she poured into her dogs laid the foundation for what I now build upon. As I continue this legacy, I’m not just preserving tradition. I’m evolving it. Families near and far have supported us in ways I never imagined, fueling my passion to innovate and set a new standard for breeding practices.
One of the ways I’m doing this is through the development of our Foster Breeding and Retirement Program.
Our Foster Breeding Program, also called a Guardian Program, allows approved families to welcome an adult dog, either a young puppy or a breed-age female into their home as their own. These dogs remain part of my breeding program while living with their family full-time. Once they reach retirement age, the family has the option to keep them as their forever companion or they can be placed into a permanent retirement homes. Both programs ensure that every dog in our care thrives, not just during their breeding years, but long after. It’s all part of my commitment to raising dogs in homes, not kennels, and giving them the lives they deserve at every stage.
My Mission: Redefining Excellence in Breeding
At Wild Labradors, my mission is simple but powerful. I’m here to set a new bar for dog breeding that prioritizes health, happiness, and the well-being of every puppy, parent dog, and family.
Innovating the Breeding Experience: I’m always asking, “How can I make this better?” That mindset drives me to create processes that streamline breeding, improve health outcomes, and bring more joy to families and puppies alike.
Focusing on Health and Ethics: Through responsible breeding practices, health testing, and early socialization, every Labrador starts life with a strong, healthy foundation. You can read more about the English Labrador breed on the AKC website.
Connecting Families with Transparency: Our Labrador Lounge gives deposit-holding families an exclusive, front-row seat to their puppy’s journey with real-time updates, photos, and milestones.
The No-Visit Policy: Prioritizing Health and Safety
In 2024, I introduced one of our biggest shifts. Our no-visit policy. This wasn’t an easy decision, but it was necessary to protect the health and well-being of our moms and puppies. Limiting visits reduces stress, allowing our dogs to thrive in a calm, nurturing environment. Through the Labrador Lounge, families still feel connected, enjoying an immersive, transparent experience without the disruption of visits. It’s just one of the ways I’m modernizing the breeding process for today’s families.
A Commitment to Community and Innovation
At Wild Labradors, I’m not just raising puppies. I’m building a community that shares a love for Labradors and values the joy they bring to our lives. From my family to yours, every step of this journey is about creating connections, fostering growth, and holding ourselves to the highest standard of care.
I invite you to explore Wild Labradors, learn about our innovative ideas, and see how together, we’re building a legacy of healthy, happy Labradors that will bring joy to families for generations to come.

Chocolate Labs Faced the Same Bias
Think silver Labs are new to controversy?
Chocolate Labs once faced the same! They were labeled too aggressive, less desirable, and excluded from shows. But dedicated breeders and evolving standards proved that bias against color can be overcome.
